PRICING AND SERVICES POLICY

Margin - the Company's fee included in the crypto-asset exchange price, expressed as a percentage of the reference market price.
SEPA - the Single Euro Payments Area, which enables fast and free bank transfers within the EU and associated countries.
Crypto-asset deposit - the deposit of crypto-assets to the Company's platform from an external address.
Transfer fee - the amount borne by the client when withdrawing crypto-assets from the platform, determined on the basis of current conditions on the blockchain network.
1. Introduction
This Pricing Policy sets out the fees and costs for all services that Digital Assets d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) provides to clients via the website www.bitstore.net, the Bitcoin Store Wallet mobile application, physical branches, and the Bitstore debit card.
2. Crypto-asset exchange
The crypto-asset exchange price is formed on the basis of real-time market data. The Company's fee is included in the displayed price in the form of a margin and is not charged separately. The margin depends on the liquidity of the crypto-asset and ranges from 0.5% to 6%. The final price is shown to the client before the transaction is confirmed. This margin applies equally to the exchange of crypto-assets for funds (EUR) and to the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets.
3. Placement of crypto-assets
Fees for the crypto-asset placement service are not determined in advance but are defined individually for each project in the pre-contractual information with the issuer. The placement terms, including the fee structure, are provided to the issuer before the commencement of any sales or marketing activities. The Company does not charge a separate fee to clients participating in the purchase of crypto-assets within a placement.

5. Crypto-asset transfer
Depositing crypto-assets onto the Company's platform is free of charge. For the transfer (withdrawal) of crypto-assets from the platform, the client bears a transfer fee which is displayed to the client at the moment the transaction is initiated. The transfer fee is determined on the basis of current conditions on the blockchain network and may vary depending on network congestion and throughput. The current transfer fee amounts per crypto-asset and network are published on the Company's website (https://www.bitstore.net/en/fees/).
6. Custody of crypto-assets
The Company does not charge a fee for the safekeeping and custody of clients' crypto-assets.

8. Availability of funds for trading

9. Services free of charge
The Company does not charge fees for: custody of crypto-assets, crypto-asset deposits, card cancellation, issuance of a virtual card, and transactions in EUR via the Bitstore card. The Company is not responsible for fees that may be charged to the client by their bank, card scheme, or payment intermediary (e.g. interbank transfer costs or currency conversion fees charged by the client's bank).
10. Amendments to the Policy
The Company may amend this Policy. All amendments are published on the Company's website before they take effect.
