The monthly fee covers account maintenance and card-related services. It applies if you have at least one active Bitstore Card, whether virtual or physical. Fee is charged on the 1st day of every month, regardless of when the virtual card was created or the physical card was ordered.

Which countries within Europe will not have ATM withdrawal fees and foreign currency transaction fees?

We process crypto asset transfer orders within an average of 10 minutes from the proper receipt of the order, and no later than 24 hours. Processing time includes the execution of security and operational controls. Upon completion of processing, we broadcast the transaction to the appropriate DLT network. The time required for transaction confirmation depends on the network itself and is beyond our control.

From the moment the transaction is broadcast to the DLT network, the transaction is irreversible and cannot be cancelled, revoked, or modified. The transfer status can be monitored at any time via public blockchain explorers (block explorer) using the transaction identifier (Transaction ID) available in the platform's user interface.
